About the Opportunity
As our Project Officer - Scheduling, you will provide support to ensure the Scheduling Project is delivered in accordance with agreed time, cost and quality. In this role you will also:
- Work with Project Managers to develop and document project scope, Project Management Plan, and supporting information such as work schedules, costs and budget, stakeholder analysis, communications and risk plan;
- Engage with stakeholders and analyse stakeholder needs;
- Assist in regular project reporting.

About You
As part of the Client Services team, you should have a tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. In addition, proven leadership ability is encouraged. You will also have:
- An outstanding strategic thinker able to translate concepts to action.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to influence and work effectively across an organisation.
- Highly developed written, verbal and presentation skills.
