About the Opportunity

As our Group Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive property portfolio strategies and asset plans. You will provide expert strategic input on all property transactions (lease, disposal, acquisition), presenting thoroughly researched recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.

. In this role you will also:

  • Manage outsourced property service providers, vigilantly monitoring service delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Coordinate comprehensive appraisals of the property portfolio, evaluating suitability, utilisation, efficiency, and valuation for robust short, medium, and long-term planning.
  • Develop and implement national standard processes and documentation for all property-related matters, including lease and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure compliance of all buildings with relevant Building Codes and maintain accurate property databases.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in property, facilities and procurement management
  • Proven track record in strategic asset management, lease negotiations and facility operations
  • Proven knowledge of property law and commercial real estate compliance
  • Experience in delivering significant projects
