About the Opportunity
As our Gift in Wills Officer, you will implement a plan to build relationships with key supporters and undertaking promotional activities to increase their level of support. In this role you will also:
- Identify donors, clients, volunteers and other stakeholders who may be interested in including a gift in their Will
- Actively secure gifts in Wills confirmations from identified donors
- Explore new innovative and engaging opportunities both internally and external to significantly build Gifts in Will pledges and further develop sustained income success in this area

About You
As part of the Fundraising team, you should have tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing or sales or equivalent industry experience. In addition, demonstrated experience in delivering successful client/donor relationship outcomes with highly committed supporters in the Gift in Wills context is encouraged. You will also have:
- Thorough understanding of fundraising and Gifts in Wills solicitation, together with highly delevoped personalised and remote stewardship principles
- An ability and internal drive to conduct a high volume of outbound supporter phone calls and visits to a core constituency in line with fundraising targets and KPI’s
- Ability to have sensitive conversation regarding gifts in Wills ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times
