About the Opportunity
- Interpret the project owners’ business needs from their design request / briefs and determine layout design options, consistent with brand guidelines and similar existing work.
- Create designs, concepts, sample layouts, and finished artwork of a wide variety of material including brochures, digital assets, presentations, direct marketing pieces, reports and event materials and merchandise.
- Work closely with internal project owners and stakeholders to identify and define their design needs, message intent, and how to optimise its appeal to the agreed audience/s.
- Ensure the production process is executed in an organised manner, including open communication and timely input from stakeholders.

About You
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong ability to understand and identify needs and translate these into visual solutions.
- Imaginative and creative flair.
- Ability to adapt quickly and willingness to learn.
