Partner with relevant operational senior management in order to provide financial expertise and financial analysis for the business units within Vision Australia.

Responsibilities
- Clearly understand the key drivers that support business performance in each area of responsibility;
- Work closely with the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis and data team to ensure that the integrity of the reported financial information is sound;
- Critically assess the viability of initiatives and projects supported or proposed by the business units;
- Identify and recommend enhancements and opportunities to create value in the portfolio of businesses supported.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting with CPA or ICAA membership;
- Strong commercial acumen and business decision making;
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management;
- Experience in developing business cases relating to costing projects.
