About the Opportunity
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships, Events & Community Fundraising to develop and strengthen corporate relationships, with a particular focus on workplace participation in Vision Australia’s community fundraising events and programs.
- Steward existing corporate sponsors and partners, fostering goodwill and identifying opportunities for increased engagement.
- Provide on-the-ground and planning support to Community Fundraising Coordinators across key campaigns including (but not limited to) the annual Golf Day, Bendigo Easter Egg Hunt, 100K Your Way, Trek for Vision and the Santa Fun Run.
- Contribute to the overall performance of Vision Australia through active participation in team efforts associated with our major signature event - Carols by Candlelight.

About You
- Previous experience in a fundraising or donor relations role within the charitable sector (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful corporate and community partnership outcomes.
- Proven ability to meet fundraising or sales targets, ideally in a not-for-profit environment.
- Good understanding of community and peer-to-peer fundraising principles, sponsorship, events and stewardship.
- Knowledge of fundraising compliance requirements and best practice.
