Oversee the clinical operational management of Children and Young People teams for service delivery professionals who support the adoption of high-quality person-centred services for children and their families in an individualised funding environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to CYP Clinical Leads and CYP Operations Lead and, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement in operations;
- Collaborate with the Chief Client Officer, CYP Operations Lead and CYP Clinical Leads, and relevant Regional Services Lead develop and execute strategic plans for enhancing clinical services and client outcomes, and develop growth, retention, and engagement strategies in collaboration with Marketing;
- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability of clinical operations in coordination with the leadership team;
- Ensure CYP Leadership group is achieve defined KPIs (including billable and productive time), taking corrective and proactive actions when targets are not met.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Qualifications in Business Management/Health or Community Services at graduate or post-graduate level (or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications plus extensive experience);
- Extensive experience in leading in a health and disability support setting involving management responsibilities of clinical and service support staff.Ability to influence and implement strategy and business direction.
- Strong communication, influence, negotiation and operations management skills, including resolution management between clinical, support and operations service delivery.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues from multiple perspectives and drive quality decision making
