About the Opportunity

As our Customer Service Officer, you will provide direct assistance to people who contact Vision Australia through telephone, email or other channels. In this role you will also:

  • Deliver professional customer service in every interaction 
  • Provide general information about Vision Australia products and services. 
  • Respond to and ensure accurate and consistent delivery of Information   through multiple communication channels.

About You

As part of the National Contact Centre team, you should have relevant qualifications or experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre(e.g. Certificate II or III in Customer Contact). In addition, a minimum 3 years experience in a contact centre/customer service role encompassing a multi-skilled environment is encouraged. You will also have:

  • Experience in explaining complex information 
  • Understanding of funding bodies relevant to provision of services by Vision Australia  
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
