Responsibilities 

  • Point of contact to resolve finance customer queries.
  • Lead Donation processing, refund processing, end of day reconciliations and other donation processing activities
  • Liaise with Fundraising to improve donation processing functions.
  • Reconcile daily banking for receipts and banking

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in General Accounts and Finance roles
  • Experience in customer focussed role
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in donation processing
