Be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations across the SED program (breeding to client programs). The incumbent will provide strategic leadership and vision for the service to ensure that SED’s remains the national leader in dog guide services and a providerof choice to clients of Vision Australia.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and operational integration of all SED functions, delivering a unified and holistic service experience
- Drive transformation to improve productivity, eliminate duplication, and enhance coordination across teams
- Enhance financial performance by lifting accountability in revenue-generating areas and reducing structural overheads
- Foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and shared purpose, maintaining a strong focus on professional capability, values-alignment, and staff engagement
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising staff and volunteers and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Strong capability in building individual and team capacity, fostering professional growth and high performance
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs, guidelines, and protocols for consistency and quality
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development strategies
