About the Opportunity

As our Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial support to the CEO and Leadership Team. Provide leadership and coordination responsibility to the Executive Assistant function while modelling Vision Australia’s values and person-centered practice . In this role you will also:

  • Manage and prioritise the CEO’s diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences and organisational functions.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, briefing papers, presentations, correspondence and other documentation to a consistently high standard, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Arrange and manage travel, accommodation, itineraries and related logistics for the CEO.
  • Screen, triage and respond to enquiries, emails and calls on behalf of the CEO, anticipating issues and taking appropriate action.

About You

  • Extensive experience and demonstrated ability in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion, efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent coordination and leadership skills in support of Executive Assistants across a medium sized organisation
