About the Opportunity
As our Radio Operations Manager, you will
Manage and coordinate the Vision Australia Radio Network operational requirements, maximising access to information for people with a print disability through radio and related content. The role ensures the highest possible program, operational and compliance standards in alignment with community broadcasting principles and relevant Australian legislation. In this role you will also:
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures aligned with operational and organisational goals.
- Identify future directions for radio and implement strategic initiatives.
- Support operational change processes affecting staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Support achieving revenue targets through grant funding and other revenue streams.

About You
- Operations and Management experience within broadcasting, media, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of community broadcasting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, staff, and volunteer teams.
- Experience in strategic planning, policy development, and operational leadership.
