About the Opportunity
As our Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation team, program delivery discipline and strategic coordination associated with Vision Australia’s strategic plan. In this role you will also:
- Lead the Strategy Implementation Team and oversee implementation of Vision Australia’s strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide program governance, delivery disciplines, reporting frameworks and implementation standards.
- Provide implementation oversight to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and relevant Board Committees.
- Ensure effective sequencing, prioritisation and coordination of strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Monitor implementation progress, organisational impacts, risks, dependencies and budget performance.

About You
- Extensive executive leadership experience within complex transformation, strategy implementation or enterprise program environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, management, strategy, public policy, health administration or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualificiations highly regarded.
- Professional qualifications in program or project management certification (MSP, Prince 2, PMP or Governance) highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience driving strategic imperatives and enterprise-wide organisational transformation.
