William Clarke College is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Primary School. You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative and operational support to a key executive leader including timely correspondence, emails, reports and event planning and execution. As a point of contact for parents, your ability to liaise and co-ordinate with warmth, confidentiality and clarity will be important. Your proven time and logistics management and ability to co-ordinate diary and email will be highly valued.
This is a permanent full-time position, working school terms plus 5 weeks of school holidays per year
About You
- Demonstrated record of success as an Executive Assistant
- Certificate in Business Administration is desirable
- Warm, empathetic and collaborative approach
- Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM as well as an ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems
- Outstanding interpersonal and management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Able to exercise initiative and judgement and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Integrity, diplomacy and sensitivity in establishing and maintaining relationships
- Excellent organisational, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Ability to undertake the duties of the position in accordance with the College’s Purpose, Values and Code of Conduct
- The successful candidate will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check in accordance with Child Protection legislation
- Regular practicing member of a Christian church who will actively support the College’s Christian ethos
