About the Opportunity

William Clarke College is seeking is suitably qualified and dynamic TAS Teacher to join our collegiate, skilled and esteemed academic staff team. Reporting to the Head of TAS, you will be responsible for delivering quality teaching and learning experiences that speak to the core values of the College.

In addition to using a combination of explicit instruction and project-based learning, TAS teachers at William Clarke College develop engaging, skills driven programs of learning. They encourage student voice and agency whilst also considering reasonable constraints, sustainable practices and collaboration.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position commencing Term 1, 2025. 

About You

  • Experience in teaching Secondary TAS subjects 
  • Ability to teach across the range of TAS subjects
  • Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation
  • Demonstrated understanding of TAS syllabus documents and assessment strategies
  • Demonstrated excellence and proficiency as a classroom teacher
  • Experience in leadership, highly regarded
  • Collegiate and a good team player
  • Actively support the College’s Christian ethos
  • The successful candidate will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check in accordance with Child Protection legislation
  • Regularly practicing member of a Christian church
