About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance to lead and strengthen the College’s governance, risk and compliance frameworks. This is a strategic leadership role that supports the College’s commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

As Manager, Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of governance and risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including WHS, child protection, privacy, and educational standards
  • Provide expert advice to the Business Manager and College Leadership Team
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and ethical practice
  • Coordinate internal audits and regulatory reviews
  • Deliver training and build staff capacity in compliance-related areas

This role is pivotal in supporting the College’s mission and values, and contributes to the safety and flourishing of our students, staff and broader community.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position

About You

You are a strategic thinker with:

  • Proven experience in governance, risk and compliance (preferably in education or a similar sector)
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership
  • Membership with the Governance Institute of Australia (or similar)
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the College’s purpose
