Your new role

So – what does a day in the life of a Wellbeing Work Health and Safety Partner look like?
No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and collaborative role. You will travel across our Victorian and Tasmanian sites as required to:
• Advise and support managers and staff on wellbeing, health, and safety matters
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Deliver training and awareness programs
• Lead and coordinate wellbeing and safety projects
• Analyse data and trends to drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
• Experience in workplace wellbeing, health, and safety
• Strong knowledge of OHS/WHS legislation and best practice
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Work Health and Safety or related field)
