Cafe All Rounders

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and energetic all rounders to join our team in the Gold Coast on a full time or part time basis!

If you have got either retail or cafe experience we'd love to hear from you! We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What working in our Cafe is all about:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards and in line with food safety guidelines.
  • Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well presented.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
  • Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.

What working in our Retail store is all about:

  • Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Replenishing stock, merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well presented.
  • Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations.
  • Experience in tech retail would be advantageous.

What our Stores would love to see:

  • Strong Barista skills for our Cafe site
  • Strong retail experience for our Tech store
  • A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store
  • A current Food Safety Certificate and RSA is desirable for our Cafe site
  • Experience in food handling would be ideal for our Cafe site
  • Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards
  • Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the week and weekend including early starts and evening working
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
