We're looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team at the Alfred!
What being an F&B Coordinator is all about:
People Management
-
You'll be an effective communicator and someone who can mentor and develop the team, ensuring they're working towards the (KPI’s) against the Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) to achieve service excellence

You'll oversee and support the recruitment, training and development and retention of the store teams.

Demonstrate proactive leadership and management of all teams.
Operations and Compliance
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, lead manage and motivate the store team to ensure efficiency, profitability and exceptional customer service.

Ensure the compliance of Time and Attendance data to the Fast Food Industry Award (FFIA) including shift patterns, rosters, clocking data within Time and Attendance system.

Manage cash handling procedures, including overseeing counting and reconciliation of the team each day
-
Deliver stock process and high stock file integrity to ensure availability and minimise loss.

Ensure the adherence to health and safety procedures (HACCP) across all sites within the region.

Review current business processes, recommending and driving improvement plans in relation to service delivery alongside F&B Precinct Manager and National Operations Manager – Food.

Develop and maintain a wide range of business relationships – both central teams and external parties, to ensure integrity of the brand and excellent delivery of service.
Administration and Reporting

You'll be looking after the weekly sales reporting, various ad hoc reporting for the business, assessing performance data and work with the Precinct manager to improve results.
Performance Measures

Corporate store sales vs target.
-
Corporate sales KPI’s (Sales vs Budget, $PT and Add ons).
-
Staff retention and succession planning.

Time and attendance compliance.
What are teams are looking for:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multi-site management.

Beneficial experience in a contract catering environment.
-
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks effectively.
-
Experience managing food compliance alongside HACCP guidelines.
-
Experience managing stock and distribution.
-
Experience in managing labour costs across a multi-site business unit.
-
Effective staff management and coaching skills.
-
The ability to achieve targets and KPI’s.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Flexibility with work hours and locations.
