Superstar casual Barista and Café All-rounders needed for Longshot Café located at Wollongong Hospital.

The Long Shot Café is located at Wollongong Hospital and is looking for experienced Barista’s and café all-rounders to join our team. We are looking for energetic, flexible, and personable with proven experience in a similar food and beverage role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be determined, hardworking, creative and have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to different environments.

Fresh+ currently operate a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public. We are now looking for a talented hospitality professional for our Long Shot Café in Wollongong Hospital.

What we are looking for:

Awesome baristas who love making great coffee - minimum 2 years experience
Front of house team who have worked for at least 2 years working in a busy food environment, serving customers in a timely and efficient manner with knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility with work hours
Work great in a team environment
