Scope of Position:
We are currently seeking a Tech Retail Assistants to join our busy WHSmith team based in Perth Airport. We are particular looking for people with a passion for technology to get involved in our tech store.

Our Australian operations, under which 7 brands currently operate, are rapidly expanding and since WHSmith is expected to continue this growth, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Team Members to join us on this journey in our flagship WHSmith stores in Perth Airport.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, demonstrating service superstardom
- Cash handling and standard retail transactions
- Demonstrate your passion for tech travel solutions
- Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus!
- Have a passion and flair for conversation and are confident to engage with our customers
- Knowledge of busy retail operations with a focus on quality service
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Great personal presentation
- Flexibility with work hours
- A team player
