We are looking for a Super Star Team Leader/Café Supervisor needed for our brand new Café sites located at Campbelltown Hospital!
Our new sites are located at Campbelltown Hospital is looking for an experienced team leader to join our team. We are looking for energetic, flexible, and personable people with proven experience in a similar food and beverage supervisor role to join our team. Barista experience will be a real plus! The ideal candidate will be determined, hardworking, creative and have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to different environments.

Fresh+ currently operate a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public.
What we are looking for:
- Hospitality worker who have worked for at least 2 years working in a busy food environment
- Barista experience is desirable
- Experience supervising hospitality staff
- Passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work one day each weekend
- Work great in a team environment
