Scope of Position:
We are currently seeking a Retail Night Assistant to join our busy WHSmith team based in Melbourne Airport. We are looking for multiple casuals to be placed in different stores at Melbourne Airport.
- ***NIGHT TEAM REQUIRED*** 5pm - 12:30am shift

Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, demonstrating service superstardom
- Cash handling and standard retail transactions
- Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation
Skills & Experience:
- Have a passion and flair for conversation and are confident to engage with our customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Great personal presentation
- Flexibility with work hours
