We are currently seeking a Full Time Supervisor to join our busy InMotion team based in Perth Airport. Our InMotion stores are brand new and we need passion Tech team members to help us thrive!

Our Australian operations, under which 7 brands currently operate, are rapidly expanding and since WHSmith is expected to continue this growth, we are looking for passionate Team Members with a flair for Tech sales to join us on this journey in our InMotion store in Perth Airport.
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a part time Team Leader/Retail Supervisor to join our team at our InMotion Tech store in Perth Airport. We will work with you giving you a structured and tailored development plan that gets you ready for that next step in your career.
You can practice, develop and demonstrate your skills and talent in a controlled and safe environment.
Key Activities:
- In charge of the store when the Store Manager is not present
- Supervising both front and back of house retail operations
- Lead a team to serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, role modelling service superstardom!
- Involved in merchandising and stock rotation.
- Banking and Cash handing activities
You:
- You have the desire to make a difference and enjoy talking to people.
- At least 6 months' experience in a retail environment - ideally at a supervisory capacity.
- Lotto experience will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of busy retail operations with a focus on quality service
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality;
- Flexibility with work hours and approach to getting things done.
- The desire to build a career in retail management;
- Keen to get stuck in where required!
- Experience in technology or accessories sales will be highly regarded
