About the Position

As a cafe all rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

Must have flexibility to work on a 7 day rotating roster (early mornings OR evening shifts & 1 weekend day)
Experience working in a café or hospitality environment
Barista experience is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work great in a team environment
