About the Position

As a Site Manager, you will lead the team and manage the daily operations of two bustling café sites (The Food Depot and Long Shot Café) nestled within Campbelltown Hospital!

Here's what you'll do:

  • Set the bar high for customer experience, by implementing our customer service guarantee to ensure each visit leaves with a lasting impression.
  • Explore growth and sales opportunities, including customised catering.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by keeping the team motivated and engaged by embracing our core values.
  • Work closely with your Area Manager to thrive in all aspects of operations to identify trends, revenue growth, stock management, and staff development.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, working with our health and safety team to ensure your site is fully compliant.

*This is a full-time salaried position, and you will be required to work 38 hours per week.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a customer facing café management role.
  • High standard customer service skills and a personality to match. 
  • Barista and kitchen operations experience (trade qualifications highly desirable).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Beneficial experience in a contract catering environment.
  • A current food safety supervisor certificate showing commitment to ensuring food safety.
  • Experience managing food compliance inside HACCP guidelines.
  • Outstanding people management, stake holder management and leadership skills.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to drive a high-performing culture.
  • Computer literacy – intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point and Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of busy multi food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
