About the Role

As a Barista you will play an integral role in providing exceptional and efficient customer service to our patrons and regulars, alongside a passion for all things coffee!

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving hot beverages
Managing stock levels
Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
Handling cash and card transactions.
General customer service

This position is based at our Gold Coast University Hospital site (Doctor's Orders).

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for coffee and is friendly & approachable. You will display the following qualities:

The flexibility to work early mornings (from 5:30am) and afternoons (till 4:00pm).
At least 1 year Barista experience.
A passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
