About the Position
As a Tech Retail Assistant at WHSmith you will demonstrate your tech enthusiasm and serve customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner, whilst managing cash and regular transactions using our POS system.
You will also:
- Demonstrate your flair for technology through recommendations for our customers
- Adhere to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- Get involved in merchandising and stock rotation
This role is a casual position, shifts vary throughout our operating hours. Early shifts commence from 3:00am.

About You
To be considered for these roles, you must display the following:
- Have a passion and flair for conversation and confidence to engage with our customers.
- 2+ years experience in a similar store or tech environment is preferred but not essential - we can provide you with the knowledge!
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Great personal presentation.
- Flexibility with work hours.
- A team player.
