About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Central Senior Business Analyst contractor with over 10 years of expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central and LS Retail. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, with proficiency in integration, development, and reporting, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in a retail ERP implementation is highly desirable.
The key responsibilities are:
- Support the implementation of Business Central LS Retail.
- Manage and develop extensions within 365 Business Central.
- Integrate MS-NAV/Business Central with third-party applications using XML, API, Delimited, and CSV formats.
- Leverage deep technical and functional knowledge across all modules of Microsoft Business Central.
- Provide expertise in Business Central/LS Retail Database and build Power BI reports to support business needs.
- Conduct analysis, design, configuration, development, and error debugging in Microsoft Business Central.
- Translate business requirements into effective system configurations or developments in Microsoft Business Central.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Support Go Lives for Stores at the Store sites/Central Woolloomooloo office
Please note, you will be required to work 3-4 days a week in our Woolloomooloo based office.
About You
- Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central implementations.
- Strong experience in extension management and development within 365 Business Central.
- Expertise in integrating MS-NAV/Business Central with third-party systems using various data formats.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Business Central modules.
- Proficiency in database management and Power BI reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills in Microsoft Business Central.
- Ability to document and configure/develop based on business requirements.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in both team-oriented and independent environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
