About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will be leading the team and managing the daily operations of two cafés within Wollongong Hospital!

Here's what you'll do:

  • Set the bar high for customer experience, by implementing our customer service guarantee to ensure each visitor leaves with a lasting impression.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a fantastic team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by keeping the team motivated and engaged by embracing our core values.
  • Work closely with your Area Manager to thrive in all aspects of operations to identify trends, revenue growth, stock management, and staff development.
  • Explore growth and sales opportunities, including customised catering.
  • Manage ordering process to ensure our sites are well-stocked and prepped, and actively manage food wastage to promote sustainability. 
  • Ensure our store and equipment meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards by partnering with our national safety manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer facing role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and leadership presence.
  • 1-2 years barista and kitchen experience.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently.
  • A current food safety supervisors’ certificate - This is preferred but not essential as we can help you to obtain if required.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel)
