About the Role
As a Cook, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a full time position Monday to Friday (6:30am - 2:30pm).
You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Pre-service kitchen preparation.
- Preparation of all ingredients and menu items.
- Maintaining food safety, WHS and HACCAP standards.
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen is always a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Assume some responsibility of all kitchen duties, ordering and compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- 1- 2 Years of food preparation and presentation experience within a hospitality environment.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification is desired.
- HACCP & food safety knowledge.
- Experience managing stock control and costs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for food and beverage.
