The Multi-Site Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of three locations all based within the Alfred Hospital Precinct. This includes overseeing daily operational activities, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role manages across various functions (front-of-house, kitchen, and barista roles) and is accountable for financial performance, compliance, health & safety, client relationship and holistic performance.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate pro-active leadership and management of all teams.
- Oversee and support the recruitment, training and development & retention of the store teams.
- Review current business processes, recommending and driving improvement plans in relation in service delivery alongside the Area Manager & Head of Food.
- Deliver stock process and high stock file integrity to ensure availability and minimise loss.
- Develop and maintain a wide range of business relationships – both central teams and external parties, to ensure integrity of the brand and excellent delivery of service.
- Ensure the legal compliance of Time and Attendance data including, Shift Patterns, Rosters, Clocking data in the Time and Attendance system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Work Act requirements, pay rates, and award conditions.
- Ensure the adherence to health and safety procedures (HACCP) in all sites.
- Utilise tools such as Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and mystery shopper reports to measure and improve service quality.
- Weekly sales reporting.
- Assessment of performance data and recommendations to trading/store teams on areas to investigate for improvement.
- Ad-hoc reporting for broader business as required.
The Successful Candidate will Have:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multi-site management
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (required).
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Experience managing food compliance alongside HACCP guidelines
- Experience managing stock and distribution
- Experience in managing labour costs across a multi-site business unit
- Effective staff management and coaching skills
- Flexibility with work hours and locations
