About the Position

We are currently looking for multiple Casual Team Leaders to support our FreshPlus café at Lyell MCewin Hospital:

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Other responsibilities include: 

• Training team members in store processes and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards. 
• Reporting and communicating necessary information and feedback to the Store Manager regarding any and all aspects of store operations.
• Assist in the preparation of both food and beverages/coffees.

About You

To be considered for these roles, you must display the following: 

• Barista experience is highly regarded (training can also be provided on the job)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Team Leader role. 
• Must be available for closing shifts Monday – Friday (12pm – 8pm) 
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of general café operations in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
