About the Position

As a cafe all rounder, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking with ease to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service in a timely and efficient manner. Confident with the POS system and quick on your feet, you’ll handle transactions with ease whilst keeping your workspace clean in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene standards. You will also have a hands on approach and assist in the preparation of basic food and beverages.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

Flexibility to work mornings/afternoons and be available 5 days a week.
At least one year of cafe or hospitality experience.
Friendly, face to face customer service and strong communication skills.
Basic food safety standards knowledge.
A passion for food and beverage service.
Barista experience is preferred.
