How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of commercial finance, including financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision making. This is a busy and varied role where you’ll be supported by experienced professionals helping you build strong foundations in finance while contributing to meaningful outcomes.

A day in your life could look like

• Interpreting trends across key retail metrics such as sales, margin, and customer spend
• Assisting in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Supporting analysis of pricing, promotions, and store layout changes to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
• Developing and refining dashboards and reporting tools to portray and communicate the story behind the data (i.e. through tools such as Power BI)
• Assisting the team with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for sales and margin
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects such as store performance reviews and category profitability analysis
• Assisting in preparing materials for business reviews, board meetings, and market updates
• Supporting the implementation of new systems and reporting processes

What You’ll Need To Succeed

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported with on-the-job training and mentorship.

The following qualities are key

• A degree (or near completion) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Commerce
• Proactive mindset and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is a bonus
• Basic understanding of financial statements and budgeting principles
• Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Good communication skills and a willingness to engage
