This position is based at our Gold Coast University Hospital site (Doctor's Orders)
As a Café All Rounder, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
What being a Café All Rounder is all about:
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards and in line with food safety guidelines.
- Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well presented.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
- Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.
What our Stores would love to see:
- A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store.
- Experience in food handling would be ideal.
- Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards.
- Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals.
- Flexible availability with some weekends required
- The flexibility to work early mornings (from 5am) and evenings (till 3:30pm).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
