Multi Store Manager - Karratha Airport

We are currently looking for a new Multi-store manager to oversee our Trib’s Café/Bar and Link retail store located at Karratha Airport. This role will report in to the Operations Manager for Foodservice.
Our cafe has a full kitchen production and will include making of sandwiches and light meals and we will also have a liquor offering for the thirsty fly-in and fly-out customers. In addition to managing Food & Beverage you will also be involved in managing our Link retail store to success.
This role will require a manager that is both strategic and hands on with excellent leadership and management skills. We also seek an individual with the ability to maximise profitability, work towards budgets, review and respond to customer feedback and develop a high performing team.
To be successful for the role, you must have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in food & beverage operations
- Solid food industry knowledge
- QSR or multi-site experience
- Managing F&B operations within OH&S, food safety and other compliance guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
- Managing and rostering staff to achieve consistent high quality output
- Hands on management style, enjoy working on the floor and spending time with customers
- Competent financial reporting and cost management skills
- Current RSA, Duty Manager & Safe Food Handling Certification essential
