About you

You're experienced in developing Marketing growth strategies in highly competitive markets. You have a successful track record in quality lead generation, return on investment and an understanding of contemporary practices as this will be essential for this role. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on the growth of all TUH brands through data informed decision-making processes and practices.

A keen interest in consumer behaviour, market trends and digital relationship management is essential to achieve in this role. You will have the ability to handle multiple assignments with competing deadlines and be open to taking calculated risks in a supported environment to achieve market cut through.

You will hold a tertiary degree in Marketing or a related disciple and come with 5+ years’ Marketing experience. Experience in event management as well as basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva is desirable as is any knowledge of the Private Health Insurance industry.




The impact you could make

In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of exciting and effective growth strategies for the TUH brand portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales conversion from quality lead generation, assessing the return on investment and cost of acquisition
  • Ownership of growth strategy and tactical action plan development for all three TUH brands 
  • Working with the team to develop and deliver unique partner interactions as well as creating insightful reporting that will inform future strategic and tactical decision making
  • Conducting regular reviews of program effectiveness to ensure improved customer experience
  • Utilising analytics to provide insights and advise of recommended improvements/changes to products, services and marketing channels
  • Driving sponsorship so as to fully leverage brand values and deliver on set campaign objectives for each sponsorship
  • Managing events and managing consultants and suppliers within such events
  • Strategic selection and valuation of partnership and sponsorship opportunities 
  • Adding value to all three brands through event attendance and public speaking
