Thornebridge Gardens is located in the heart of uptown New Westminster and we are hiring a Life Enrichment manager to join our team. The right individual needs to have a passion for seniors and proven experience as a leader. We are looking for a dynamic individual with the ability to implement programs that our residents are excited about. We have a team atmosphere and the Life Enrichment manager is a necessary member of our management team, responsible to the life enrichment budget, staffing, goals, participation and satisfaction of the residents as well as contributing to the overall success of Thornebridge Gardens. Required for this position is an education in Therapeutic Recreation, minimum of 3 years experience in a similar setting, a valid Class 4 licence and willingness to drive our bus, Serving It Right, BCRPA fitness theory and current Community First Aid certification. The right person will have all of these as well as be computer literate with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to making each day a great day for our residents.
