About the Opportunity
Anglicare Central Queensland now has a full-time opportunity for a Coordinator: Clinical headspace in Emerald, QLD.
You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that day-to-day clinical work is carried out to effectively meet the needs of young people and their families and friends.
More specifically, your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Supervising clinical staff, assisting with professional development and monitoring staff compliance and adherence to scope of practice;
- Monitoring and leading the ongoing delivery and improvement of evidence-based care to young people;
- Providing leadership to headspace clinicians and Private Practitioners in the delivery of mental health care to young people; and
- Being responsible for carrying a caseload of 3-5 young people

About You
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy;
- Significant working experience;
- AHPRA or AASW registration;
- Solid knowledge of case conceptualisation including treatment planning and case formulation; and
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Whilst not a requirement, previous leadership experience will be highly regarded.
