What we need from you
We are looking for a confident and hands-on person that's not afraid to get their boots dirty on the warehouse floor - this isn't a desk job, and if you're not prepared to lead and problem-solve from the front, you're probably not the best fit for this role.
You will need:
- A background in cold storange;
- Understanding of modern warehousing practices; and
- A solid level of computer literacy.
Please note: You will need to consent to a police check and health screen prior to commencing, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires manual handling tasks, repetitive movements, and a decent level of physical fitness.
Requirements
Due to the current incumbent receiving a promotion we are currently looking for a driven and flexible Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Brookvale, NSW on a full-time basis. Shift times are flexible, with the warehouse operating from 4am to 11pm. You will work on an alternating schedule of 2 weeks of day shifts and 2 weeks of night shifts.
Your primary responsibility will be taking charge of a large, high-volume cold storage warehouse, leading by example to ensure all supplies, stock and materials are stored safely and effectively distributed, on time and without damage.
