About Brunswick Private Hospital
Healthe Care has transformed Brunswick Private Hospital into a comprehensive rehabilitation and general medical facility with extensive outpatient and community based services.
The hospital accommodates 96 rehabilitation beds and 26 beds for general medical services plus 3 sleep study bed and over 875sqm of prime leasing space fronting Moreland Road including physiotherapy consulting space, gymnasium, hydrotherapy pool, sleep clinic, hyperbaric chamber, co-located imaging pathology and pharmacy.
About the Opportunities
Healthe Care has opportunities for Associate Nurse Unit Managers to join their team based at the Brunswick Private Hospital in Melbourne.
Leading the clinical team, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of high quality healthcare outcomes for all patients. In addition, in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the unit and manage a team of highly experiences healthcare professionals.
Your key duties will include:
- Working as part of an established team to provide exceptional care to patients;
- Liaising with the Nurse Unity Manager and other team members and key stakeholders regarding the needs of patients and the provision of services;
- Identifying areas for improvement and implement development strategies within the practice; and
- Ensuring all staff are adhering to policies and procedures.
The successful candidates will be Registered Nurses, have substantial demonstrated experience, an understanding of the duties involved in running a ward, and hold a registrations with the Nurses Board of Victoria and AHPRA. Completion of a recognised Graduate Nurse Program will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated critical thinking, communication and multi-tasking skills are vital to your success in this position.
