Our requirements to provide care
- Demonstrated experience in conducting financial viability assessments, developing business cases, and implementing sustainable clinical service models within budgetary constraints
- Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary clinical teams, fostering collaboration, and implementing innovative, person-centred care solutions.
- Strong ability to navigate aged care and disability sector reforms, build strategic relationships with stakeholders, and influence service improvements through expert clinical guidance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical leadership or healthcare management role.
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) with AHPRA registration or a related field.
