We’re looking for a Physiotherapist with experience in in‑home aged care, including CHSP. You’ll work with clients who appreciate clear guidance and honest support, and you’ll be part of a team that is committed to delivering personalised care and support that enables older people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
This role offers variety and connection. You’ll meet people in their homes across the Illawarra and Macarthur regions, providing practical support that helps them stay active and independent.

This is a permanent part‑time role (30.4 hours per week).
Key responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy assessments and tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver home‑based visits to assess safety, equipment, and care needs.
- Prescribe and monitor exercise programs for clients and their carers
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to support client goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
About you
- Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Demonstrated clinical competence in physiotherapy with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice
- Experience working with older adults and demonstrating a person‑centred approach to care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Current driver's licence, and willingness to travel across the Illawarra and Macarthur regions
