What we are looking for:
Applications are invited from qualified and enthusiastic educators to join the teaching staff of St Patrick's College. These are full-time continuing positions to commence in January 2025, or as negotiated with the successful applicant. This position may require working across both St Patrick’s College and Mercy campuses.
We are seeking a teacher who can teach any or a combination of the following subjects:
- Science (Junior and Senior)
- Humanities (Senior)
- Maths
- Digital Technology (Junior)
- HPE (Junior and Senior)
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- A commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education
- An ability to develop and lead quality teaching and learning practices in the subject areas listed above
- A willingness to proactively engage with professional development opportunities to enhance quality pedagogy and student outcomes
- An ability to work in collaboration with the Leadership Team and other staff members to contribute to the future planned growth, development and extra-curricular life of the College

It enjoys a rich history built on the Sisters of Mercy and Christian Brothers, St Patrick’s College is a co-education Catholic College with a combined current enrolment of approximately 1500 students. Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration
