THE OPPORTUNITY
Scout Talent is a rapidly growing company and our Melbourne office is on the brink of a cultural revolution. We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Account Executives to join our evolving team. Don’t have years of experience in sales, in particular B2B, that’s ok! - we will train you to be the best. What we're looking for is a spark and potential in you, and a desire to leave your fingerprints on our future.
Responsibilities include:

Connecting with prospects to conduct quality conversations about their recruitment needs, whilst meeting sales/KPI targets.

Conducting discovery calls to learn about our clients recruitment goals and challenges, to determine which of Scout Talent's products are the right fit.

Handling client objections, and managing the sales process.

Conduct qualified software demonstrations alongside our product specialists.

Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist teams for end to end recruitment services for our clients recruitment strategy
YOU'LL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE BECAUSE:
You have a passion for sales and are excited to work with a range of organsations to help find the best talent. You get a thrill in chasing down the next sale due to your resilience and tenacity. You have the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone with a natural empathy to build strong relationships with decision makers. You strive for excellence in all that you do and are comfortable with taking ownership of your work.
Your curious nature provides you with the ability to ask excellent qualifying questions to identify opportunities to solve our clients recruitment challenges and find the right product offering to suit their needs. You will be provided with comprehensive training on our suite of products and services so you will hit the ground running.
Desirable attributes of our next Account Executive:

Experience with outbound sales to senior decision-makers

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and credibility with existing clients to achieve cross-sell, up-sell and retention targets

Enthusiastic nature, with a desire to introduce play into your every day (we take what we do seriously, but not ourselves)

A background in recruitment or people and culture would be viewed favourably but is not essential
WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM SCOUT TALENT:
This role comes with an on-target earnings of $90,000 - $100,000 in Year 1 and $120,000+ in Year 2 and beyond, made up of a base salary and UNCAPPED commissions.
