Coming off the back of several financially strong years, the Finance team is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. As a key stakeholder, you will have the opportunity to implement a number of best practice innovations including Dynamics 365, and have a tangible impact on business processes and outcomes.


You will work closely with the Executive and CFO teams to make strategic and operational decisions, you will provide timely and accurate data informing the financial planning and analysis process of the business as well as monthly executive reporting.

  • Timely preparation of all external reporting requirements and provide insightful analysis, to the CFO, Board of directors, Executive team, and senior management
  • Use analysis from various data sources to prepare annual and long-term budgets, inform rolling annual forecasting, and generate month-end reports
  • Identify and monitor key risks and work with the business providing prudent financial advice
  • Drive innovation and best practice through the implementation of Dynamics 365 and throughout the system modernisation project  



To thrive as a Senior FP&A Analyst at Elders, you have: 

  • CA/CPA qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a medium to large corporate environment
  • Proven capabilities in developing financial models and presenting to Boards and Executive leadership teams
  • Strong experience in modeling, analysing large data sets and reporting
  • Have the ability to distil and translate complex information into relatable forms for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders 
  • Have a resilient and pragmatic approach when working in a complex corporate environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality reporting and analysis
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Have a working knowledge of Thinkcell and Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
  • Experience in retail, financial services, or agricultural industries would be favourable
