We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Felons Brewing Co. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in managing a successful restaurant operation. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for our 110 seat table service dining area of our 1000 seat Brewpub. We are looking for someone who is brings attention to detail, vibrancy and a guest focused approach to our restaurant on the Brisbane river.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve the restaurant.
- Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do.
- Rostering and managing wage costs of the restaurant.
- Managing functions and large group bookings within the venue as required.
- Reviewing feedback from guests and following up to ensure high level of guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Lead regular training and education sessions for constant staff development.
- Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business.
- Ensuring venue and team presentation is at a high standard at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations at all times.
- A high knowledge of food, wine, beer and all aspects of Felons.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in working in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant.
- Experience in managing and coaching teams.
- Ability to own situations and make decisions as necessary.
- RSA essential, RMLV desired.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Qualification in Hospitality desired.
