What Will You be Doing

Collaborate with vendors to establish mutually beneficial relationships that secure favorable pricing and terms while fostering strong, long-term partnerships
Manage and mentor a team of buyers, offering guidance on best practices in procurement and category management
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that purchasing strategies align with overall business goals and promotional initiatives
Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, gather customer preferences, and make data-driven decisions to meet their needs
Oversee the purchasing budget to ensure cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining quality standards

Who Is Our Right Fit

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in category management or merchandising, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior Buying Manager position
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, creating a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Excellent market awareness, customer orientation, and strategic thinking skills
Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese
