What You Will be Doing

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will

  • Utilize marketing analytics and automation tools to create personalized marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Analyze customer portfolios and behavioral patterns at different stages to design relevant content and promotions that enhance customer loyalty to HKTVmall
  • Closely monitor market trends and competitor information, providing recommendations for merchandise and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure the measurement of campaign efficiency and the ROI of promotional investments
  • Propose initiatives and promotional ideas to achieve KPIs on GMV through data analysis and insights
  • Foster, lead, and drive synergies around CRM with merchant partners using a client-centric approach to grow their business on our platform
  • Ensure effective interaction and communication with the heads of the sales, advertising and product management teams for comprehensive alignment

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, business, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce, online business, and startups is a plus
  • Proven track record in a marketing leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal, influential, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of thinking holistically and making connections
  • Open-minded and resilient, able to drive innovation and excellence under pressure
